Common questions
- How do I apply a watch face?
- Long-press your current watch face, swipe through the list and tap the one you want. You can also pick it from your watch's companion app on your phone.
- How do I change colors or complications?
- Long-press the watch face and tap Customize (or the gear icon).
- Do they work offline?
- Yes. Everything runs on the watch, so no internet connection is needed.
- My phone's Play Store won't install WatchSky or Spiralis.
- Some phones don't list watch faces. Install the free phone app from the same listing and tap Install on watch: it opens the listing on your paired watch. You can also install it from the Play Store on the watch itself.
- WatchSky doesn't show the weather.
- Check that Show weather is on in Customize. WatchSky uses the weather your watch provides to watch faces, so if the watch has no forecast yet, the icon stays hidden until it does.
- The sky gets dark too early or too late.
- Set Sunrise hour and Sunset hour in Customize to match where you live and the time of year. The sky, the sun's arc and the stars follow them.
