Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to all Wear OS watch face applications published by dfamaya (the “Developer”) on the Google Play Store (collectively, the “Watch Faces”).

1. Information We Collect

The Watch Faces do not collect, store, or transmit any personal data. The Developer has no servers, no accounts, and no analytics integrated into the Watch Faces.

Specifically, the Watch Faces do not collect:

• Personal identifiers (name, email, phone number, device ID)
• Location data
• Health, fitness, or sensor data
• Photos, contacts, or files
• Usage or analytics data
• Crash logs or diagnostics sent to the Developer

2. On-Device Data

Any preferences you configure (such as colors, styles, or complications) are stored locally on your device by the Wear OS operating system. This information never leaves your device and is not accessible to the Developer.

3. Permissions

If a Watch Face requests a permission (for example, to display a battery, step, or heart-rate complication you choose to add), that data is read by Wear OS and rendered on screen only. It is not stored or transmitted by the Watch Face.

4. Third Parties

The Watch Faces do not include third-party SDKs, advertising networks, or analytics services. No data is shared with any third party by the Watch Faces.

Note: The Google Play Store and the Wear OS platform may collect their own data (such as install counts or crash reports at the OS level) according to Google’s own policies. That collection is governed by Google’s Privacy Policy and is outside the Developer’s control.

5. Children’s Privacy

The Watch Faces do not knowingly collect data from anyone, including children under 13.

6. Changes to This Policy

This policy may be updated from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Watch Faces after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
