About
Brief shows the single most relevant thing right now — your now-playing music, your next calendar event, the current weather, a scheduled reminder, or today’s date — as a Wear OS watch complication and tile.
It comes in two parts: the watch app, which only displays what it’s told, and the phone companion, which gathers the information and sends it to your watch.
What it can show
- Now-playing music, with play/pause from your wrist
- Your next calendar event
- The current weather for your location
- Reminders you schedule yourself
- Today’s date
Privacy
Brief has no servers, no account, no analytics, and no ads. Almost everything stays on your own devices — the only thing that ever leaves your phone is an approximate location, sent to a weather provider so it can return your local forecast.
